We all love the Ventures for their amazing instrumentations, driving sound, innovative arrangements of well-known tunes and their own compositions. In 1960s they covered almost every hit of the moment, such as Satisfaction, as well as not so famous in US compositions like Apache. Sometimes finding origin of the Ventures cover is easy, but in some cases, like No Werewolf by their labelmates The Frantics which everybody knows as The Fourth Dimension from Ventures In Space album, it\'s a matter of occasion.
Here is my attempt to collect original instrumental tunes which were covered by The Ventures, sometimes it\'s not original, but the version, which Ventures used, like Apache by Joergen Ingmann, not the Shadows, sometimes the only version which I could find. Hope you\'ll find it interesting. All comments and additions are welcome, feel free to send me a message.
This volume covers period from Walk Don\'t Run to Twist with the Ventures , more to come soon!
