The set of 23 CDs by Rarity Records is a compilation of modern European guitar instrumentals - plenty of rhythm guitar, the drumming is by real drummers not machines, the performance and recording quality is excellent throughout, and there aren't too many Shadows covers. Some bands, like Silhouets, exist from sixties, others, like Krongjong Devils, appeared in late 90s with the surf music revival. |
